When planning your special day, experience the difference at The Gawler Arms. The Gawler Arms offers a selection of 2 beautifully presented, modern function rooms with packages that can be tailored to suit everyone’s needs and budget.

The Giannitto Family have a strong reputation for quality food and customer service in the hospitality industry for over 40 years, and our Functions reflect these same high standards. Our facilities offer our Bride and Groom’s a cavalcade of ideas, for wedding receptions to cater from 30 to 150 people.

Wedding packages start from $56.50 per head for a set menu or buffet and include:

  • White or Black chaircovers
  • Satin or Organza sash
  • Centrepiece

Each wedding reception is treated individually and packages include room set-up and all decorative accessories for the room. Our Function Coordinators can arrange all these finer details for you – no need to worry about appointments and liaising with other coordinators.

Our menu options offer flexibility and an array of ideas to tempt the tastebuds. Children, allergies and dietary requirements are catered for.

The Reserve

A modern spacious room located on the first floor, with large dance floor, exclusive bar facilities, elevator access and Outdoor Courtyard in close proximity. Our complimentary Bridal Lounge, located on the same floor, is available for our wedding parties prior to their reception, to have time to relax and have the privacy to freshen up before heading into the celebrations with family and friends. This room offers so much flexibility and can cater for up to 150 guests.

 



Upstairs Courtyard

The Upstairs Outdoor Courtyard is ideal for guests of weddings, parties or general functions. Located on the first floor, nearby the Reserve and The Loft. This additional feature pleases everyone!

 

The Bridal Lounge

Our Brides and Grooms can enjoy complimentary use of our Bridal Lounge located adjacent to The Reserve and The Loft. Prior to the reception, whilst guests enjoy pre-dinner drinks, our wedding parties can enjoy refreshments and privacy to relax or refresh in the ensuite bathroom.

 

The Loft

The newest addition to our private function room suite is The Loft, an intimate modern room perfect for smaller wedding receptions up to 45 guests. Classic polished floor boards and floor to ceiling windows make this room appealing on the eye and very appropriate for sit down or buffet style function. An ideal room for guests pre-dinner drinks and hors d’oeuvres prior to the reception.
